Meeting WCAG standards

We are amazed at how many councils are commissioning new websites from suppliers who don't understand, let alone be able to meet, the WCAG 2.1AA web standard which is required by law as from 20th September 2020.

We even had a supplier ask if they could commission us to fix their website system for them, as they were unable to understand the rules.
