Our packages and prices

We have three base packages on offer.

1) Standard

1a) Standard - self-service

This provides all the typical requirements of a Parish Council, most of which can be seen in this example: www.littleoakleypc.org.uk

Pricing guidelines are on number of council seats and start from £150 for setup from either your existing site or information supplied, and then £150 annual running cost. See package pricing which gives a breakdown based on number of councillors.

1b) Standard - managed

This is our Standard Package that we manage for you, for councils whose Clerk is already too busy or does not like any more computer work!. We do your data entry and create PDFs for the website from documents and information supplied.

Prices apply as for Standard Package above plus the management fee starting at £25 per month. This will reviewed every six months as we assess show much paperwork your council generates and how well organised your documents are.

2) PC + Village Option

For councils who also run a significant village website, perhaps including parish magazine, details of clubs and societies etc. An example of this can be found at www.littlebromley.org.uk. Please ask for more details.

3) Custom

If you want to have a different design to our standard package, or have some unusual requirements we don't cover in our standard package, we will gladly quote for a bespoke, custom website.
