Package Pricing - updated

Our pricing for the one-size-fits-all Standard Package is based on number of councillors, which helps us scale appropriately. 

As at October 2019 prices are thus:

5 seats  Set up: £150.  Hosting: £150 p.a. 

7 seats  Set up: £210.  Hosting: £200 p.a.

9 seats  Set up: £270.  Hosting: £220 p.a.

11+ seats  Set up: £330.  Hosting: £270 p.a.

Domain name (.uk) and management: £25 initial set up, FREE with hosting thereafter.

Set up: this is a one-off cost to create the site with a unique header graphic in your chosen colour scheme, then organise and move all your data over (limits may apply). Includes all councillor details and photos, any portfolio and DPI; notifiable payments, governance documents, minutes etc.

Hosting: this is the annual fee for running the site, usually paid quarterly in advance.
